My eyes... they hurt... SO bad. I blame this frikken picture. Staring at it all. day. long. It really took a toll on my poor little eyes, especially since I tried my best to not be like 'JUST WANNA FINISH OAO' and work hard on it. And PFFT, I definately did.

I finished the line art last night (I did it really crappily, but if anyone wants it, I'll let you practice on it :3) , and just now finished the rest. Holy hell.... X'D I don't think I ever dedicated myself to a picture as much as this one, and it's not even that great. Can you say "Wow, Jay, you actually 100% finished a drawing! :clap:" I'm sure you can, very easily xDD

Anyway.
This is inspired by the kick ass song Heavenly Blue by Miku Hatsune. All though it's dedicated to that song, Hope was on repeat the entire time. -shrug- It reminds me of The Disappearance of Hatsune Miku... XDD WHATEVER.

I decided to make a speed painting video ;DD I'll post it up in my journal when I finish putting it together and shtuff :3

One question: Seeing this, would you consider commissioning me? ;3 I think I'm ready to start.

I don't understand why you pixelated the edges there, I had to refresh to make sure it had fully loaded. On the text as well!
I think if you blurred it properly it'd be twice as nice but the person is extremely well done. What is that tiny red square on her left arm (our right) it seems out of place?
I don't understand why the top of the tie comes up out of the shirt as if it went through it either...

I did the pixelation to give... uh, dramatic effect. There's a song about her 'disappearing', so I was trying to show that. And since she's a virtual person, I figured pixelation made sense.
The tiny red square is just the zero in '01', she has it tattooed on her arm, you just can't see it all from that angle. Sorry, my mom asked the same thing x'DD
As for the tie... I really don't know D: Rofl. I can't draw ties.

Ah that makes more sense. I figured you were making her blur out but didn't understand why it would be pixelated.

if i was subscribed, i would so write a critique on this!

first off, i really like your drawing style. it's adorable, and every little detail really shines through without being too much.

you got her likeness down pat as well. i can really see her personality in just this picture alone, and if i didn't already know who miku was, i'd really be intrested to find out. i like how you colored it, because usually when i see pictures of her, some of the colors are off.

the pixelization really gave it a great effect. it reminds me of 'the disapperence of Hatsune Miku', as if she's fading away.

the hair is expecially gorgous (:
